QMS Toner Calming is an alcohol-free, soothing toner designed to calm sensitive skin and restore its natural pH balance. This gentle formula removes impurities, deeply hydrates, and reduces redness, leaving the skin feeling refreshed and perfectly balanced.

Ideal for (very) sensitive skin, QMS Toner Calming is perfect for those who experience redness, dryness, or a tight feeling after cleansing. It is also suitable for use after intensive skin treatments.

Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin.

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk to gently remove makeup, dirt, and sebum without irritating the skin. Ideal for sensitive skin.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells (a few times per week, evenings only).

Use a mild exfoliant such as QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion Sensitive to refine the skin without irritation.

Note: Do not combine exfoliation and a mask on the same day if your skin is sensitive.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin.

Use a calming mask like QMS Recovery Foam Mask for soothing nourishment.

Step 4: Toner – Refresh and balance.

Apply QMS Toner Calming with a cotton pad or spray directly onto the face.

This toner calms the skin, reduces redness, and restores the natural pH balance. Especially suitable for (very) sensitive skin.

Step 5: Serum – Apply active ingredients.

For extra soothing and to strengthen the skin barrier, use QMS Redness Relief Serum.

Step 6: Cream – Hydrate and protect your skin.

Finish with a nourishing cream such as QMS Collagen Recovery Cream or QMS Epigen Pollution Defense Gel-Cream, depending on your skin’s needs.

Note:

• Do not use both an exfoliant and a mask on the same day if your skin is sensitive.
• Always apply sun protection during the day, such as QMS Cellular Sun Shield Fluid SPF50+, to protect the skin.
