Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel as the first step in your morning and evening routine.

• Apply a small amount to damp skin.
• Gently massage in circular motions and rinse with lukewarm water.

This refreshing gel deeply cleanses, removes sebum and impurities, and gives the skin an energy boost—without drying it out.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

A few times per week, only in the evening, use an exfoliant such as QMS Active Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid or the milder QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion to smooth the skin and improve the absorption of active ingredients.

Please note: Do not use an exfoliant and mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin

Use a targeted treatment such as the QMS Power Firm Mask or QMS Skin Activator Sheet Mask to boost hydration, firmness, or regeneration.

Step 4: Toner – Refresh and balance the skin

Apply QMS Hydrating Toner to restore moisture levels and rebalance the skin’s pH after cleansing or exfoliating.
