Shipping policy

1. Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed on weekdays before 5:00 PM that are in stock will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping via PostNL or DHL, depending on weight and destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
  • Belgium: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the world: 5–15 business days (customs delays possible).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Netherlands: Free
  • Belgium: Free
  • EU (other): Free
  • Rest of the world: Free

4. Track & Trace

  • After dispatch you will receive a confirmation email with your track & trace code.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipment to appear in the carrier’s system.

5. International Shipments & Customs

  • For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.
  • You are responsible for any additional charges.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Check upon receipt that the packaging is intact; report any visible damage immediately to the carrier and our customer service.
  • Report a lost or delayed package no later than 14 days after the shipping date via contact@qcosmetics.nl.
  • We will then initiate an investigation with the carrier.

7. Address Changes & Returned Shipments

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional charges.
  • Returned packages (e.g., due to non-collection) will be resent after payment of shipping costs.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • Please refer to our separate Return Policy for terms and instructions.
  • Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt.
