Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk as the first step in your morning and evening routine.

• Apply a small amount to dry or damp skin.
• Massage gently in circular motions.
• Remove with lukewarm water or a damp cotton pad.

This mild cleanser removes makeup and impurities without drying out the skin. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

Use a gentle exfoliant such as QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion a few times per week, only in the evening.

It smooths the skin and enhances absorption of your skincare products.

NB: Do not use an exfoliant and a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin
