Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to remove makeup, dirt, and excess sebum. This ensures the mask is optimally absorbed by the skin.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

A few times a week, only in the evening, use a mild exfoliant such as QMS Enzyme Exfoliating Powder or QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion to smooth the skin and improve the absorption of active ingredients.

Please note: If you have sensitive skin, do not combine with a mask on the same day.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin

Use QMS Skin Activator Sheet Mask 1–2 times a week, or whenever your skin needs an intensive hydration boost.

• Open the package and place the sheet mask on a clean, dry face.
• Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
• Remove the mask and gently massage in any remaining serum – do not rinse.

This sheet mask deeply hydrates, improves elasticity, and instantly gives the skin a fresh, plump appearance.

Step 4: Toner – Not needed after this mask

Because the mask contains a high concentration of active ingredients, toner is not necessary afterward. Toner can be used beforehand if needed.

Step 5: Serum – Optional

Additional serum is not necessary after this mask, but can be applied if desired after complete absorption of the residual product.

Step 6: Cream – Hydrate and protect your skin

Finish with a nourishing cream such as QMS Collagen Recovery Cream or QMS Epigen Pollution Defense Gel-Cream to seal the effect.

• Do not combine with exfoliation on the same day for sensitive skin.
• Suitable for all skin types, also as a pick-me-up for tired skin.
• Finish off the day with an SPF, such as QMS Cellular Sun Shield Fluid SPF50+, for optimal protection.
