Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use the QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to remove makeup, dirt, and sebum. Clean skin ensures more effective and even exfoliation.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

Apply the QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion daily or a few times per week, only in the evening.

• Apply to cleansed, dry skin using a cotton pad or fingertips.
• Do not rinse – allow the product to absorb and work overnight.

This mild exfoliating lotion uses fruit acids to stimulate cell renewal and refine skin texture. Its gentle formula makes it suitable for sensitive skin and ideal for regular use.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin

Use a nourishing or soothing mask such as the QMS Recovery Foam Mask or QMS COLLAgen3D Gel Mask for extra care.

Note: Skip the mask on exfoliation days if you have sensitive skin.

Step 4: Toner – Refresh and balance the skin

Apply the QMS Calming Toner to soothe the skin post-exfoliation and help restore moisture levels.

Step 5: Serum – Deliver active ingredients

Choose a serum based on your skin goals, such as QMS Collagen Day Serum, QMS Redness Relief Serum, or QMS Even Skin Serum.

Step 6: Cream – Hydrate and protect

Finish with a rich, nourishing cream like the QMS Antioxidant Cream or QMS Collagen Recovery Cream to lock in hydration and support skin repair overnight.

NB:

• Do not use a mask and exfoliant on the same day if your skin is sensitive.
• Always apply an SPF the following morning, such as QMS Cellular Sun Shield Fluid SPF50+, to protect your skin from UV damage.
