Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to remove makeup, sebum, and impurities, and to optimally prepare the skin.

Step 2: Exfoliant – Evenings only, a few times per week

Use QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion or QMS Active Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid to renew the skin and enhance the absorption of active ingredients.
Note: Do not combine with a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – 1–2 times per week
