Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin.

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to effectively remove makeup, dirt, and excess sebum. Clean skin ensures optimal absorption of the mask.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells (a few times per week, only in the evenings).

Use an exfoliant such as QMS Enzyme Exfoliating Powder or QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion to refine skin texture.

Note: Do not use both an exfoliant and a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin.

Use QMS COLLAgen3D Gel Mask 1–2 times per week.

• Apply a generous layer to face, neck, and décolleté.
• Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
• Remove with a damp compress or rinse with lukewarm water.
