Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin.

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to remove makeup, dirt, and excess sebum. Clean skin ensures optimal absorption of the mask’s active ingredients.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells (a few times per week, evenings only).

Use a gentle exfoliant like QMS Enzyme Exfoliating Powder or QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion to refine skin texture and prepare the skin for deeper treatment.

Note: Do not use an exfoliant and a mask on the same day if your skin is sensitive.
