Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to remove impurities, sebum, and makeup. This creates a fresh base for the SPF to adhere to.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

A few times a week, only in the evenings, use a gentle exfoliant such as QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion or QMS Enzyme Exfoliating Powder to smooth and renew the skin.

Please note: Do not combine with a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.
