QMS Body Balance Active Refining Body Scrub removes dead skin cells with sea salt and sugar crystals for soft, smooth skin. Cupuaçu, murumuru, and shea butter provide deep hydration and strengthen the skin barrier. Suitable for all skin types except very sensitive skin.

QMS Body Balance Active Refining Body Scrub is suitable for all skin types, except very sensitive skin. It provides effective exfoliation for a smooth, renewed skin texture.

Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use a mild shower gel to cleanse the skin before applying the scrub. This will remove surface dirt and prepare the skin for effective exfoliation.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

Use QMS Active Refining Exfoliant Body Scrub 1–2 times a week, preferably in the shower.

• Apply to damp skin and massage using circular movements, focusing on rough or thickened areas (arms, legs, elbows, knees).
• Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

This mechanical scrub contains fine grains combined with active ingredients that remove dead skin cells, stimulate blood circulation, and leave the skin silky soft and smooth.

Step 3: Mask – (Optional)

For extra care, you can apply a hydrating body mask or body wrap after exfoliating. Rinse off before moving on to step 4.

Step 4: Toner – Not for use on the body

Step 5: Serum – Not applicable unless targeting specific skin concerns

For local care of stretch marks or pigmentation, for example, you can apply a targeted body treatment.

Step 6: Cream – Hydrate and nourish your skin

After scrubbing, use a nourishing body cream, such as QMS Body Balance Collagen Body Lotion, to hydrate, soothe, and support the skin in its recovery.

• Use only on intact skin, avoiding sensitive or damaged areas.
• Do not combine with other exfoliants on the same day.
• When exposed to the sun, use a body SPF to protect the skin.
