QMS Collagen System 3-Step Core Routine Set Strong

Step 1: Cleanser – Cleanse your skin thoroughly.

Use the QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to effectively remove make-up, sebum and dirt. Cleansed skin ensures optimal absorption of the active ingredients in this routine.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

Use theQMS Active Exfoliant Resurfacing Liquid (10% AHA) a few times a week, only in the evenings.

• Apply 1–2 pumps to dry skin.
• Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
• Then rinse with lukewarm water.

This intensive exfoliant stimulates cell renewal, refines pores and improves skin texture.

Please note: do not use a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – (optional, not included)

Use an additional mask 1–2 times a week, such as theQMS COLLAgen3D Gel Mask, for extra hydration and firming.

Step 4: Toner – Apply to refresh and balance.

Step 5: Serum – Apply active ingredients.

Use itQMS Collagen Day Serum. Apply 1–2 pumps to face, neck and décolleté.

•Evening:

Step 6: Cream – (optional, not included)
