Refund policy
Return Period
We offer a return window of 30 days. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
- The item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, undamaged, with all tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Procedure
- Contact us within 30 days of receipt at contact@qcosmetics.nl to initiate your return.
- Ship your item to the following address:
[INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] - Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send it.
- Packages sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt. Report any defects, damage, or wrong items immediately to contact@qcosmetics.nl, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
Want a different item? Return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order to receive the desired item.
Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Without prejudice to the above, for shipments to the European Union you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days without giving a reason. The condition and proof requirements are the same as those listed above.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval within 10 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@qcosmetics.nl.
