Complaints procedure

We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service. However, it's always possible that something might not go exactly as planned.
1. Filing a complaint
We recommend that you first report any complaints to us by emailing contact@qcosmetics.nl .

We aim to respond substantively within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
2. Mediation via WebwinkelKeur
If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via:

In case of complaints, a consumer should first contact the retailer. If the online store is affiliated with WebwinkelKeur and complaints cannot be resolved amicably, the consumer should contact WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). They will mediate free of charge.
If a solution is still not reached, the consumer has the option to submit their complaint to the independent dispute committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. Submitting a dispute to this dispute committee involves costs that must be paid by the consumer.
3. European ODR platform
Consumers within the European Union can also submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
