Step 1: Cleanser – Thoroughly cleanse your skin

Use QMS Gentle Cleansing Milk or QMS Energizing Cleansing Gel to carefully remove makeup, dirt, and sebum. Clean skin ensures the optimal effect of the mask.

Step 2: Exfoliate – Remove dead skin cells

A few times a week, only in the evenings, use an exfoliant such as QMS Enzyme Exfoliating Powder or QMS Gentle Exfoliating Daily Lotion to smooth the skin and improve the absorption of active ingredients.

Please note: Do not combine with a mask on the same day if you have sensitive skin.

Step 3: Mask – Apply to clean, exfoliated skin

Use QMS Power Firm Mask 1–2 times per week.

• Apply an even layer to the face, neck, and décolleté.
• Leave on for 10–15 minutes.
• Remove with lukewarm water or a damp compress.

Step 4: Toner – Refresh and balance
